I would use Philippa readily IRL, and Augusta never. Philippa would honour a friend and has more, and better, nn potential than Augusta, which can't really turn into anything other than Gus or Gussie.Philippa Margaret is my friend; mn is honouring. Otherwise:

There’re many nns around the world. Auggie, Gusta (GOOS-ta), Gustina (goos-TEE-na), Guta (GOO-ta), Gutinha (goo-CHEEN-ia), Guga (GOO-ga), Gugu (goo-GOO), Gu (Goo), Agus(A-goos or a-GOOS), etc.
