Arthur
Never ever thought Id like this name let alone add it to my list but it just recently grew on me and I love the idea of a wild little Arthur with curly blonde hair running around the beach, Artie would also be too cute.Thoughts?https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/145466

I used to think it was mumbly sounding and kind of stuffy but recently I've been appreciating its...lowkey mischievousness or something in combo with the almost timeless vibe. I've been wondering if the fact I've warmed up to it (and similar names) is a sign I'm getting old...or maybe I'n subconsciously picking up on its popularity in other countries...regardless, I do currently really like it.Art and Artie are cute though would feel forced if I were choosing them, but I guess they're just old-fashioned. Or British seeming. I feel like they'd be more natural for Artemas or Artemisia.

I like Arthur as a full name, but Art and Artie put me right off it, though I've never heard them used where I live.

Ignoring popularity, I love it. It's strong, handsome, soft, and sweet. It has a youthful, playful vibe, and ages well too. There's a nerdy feel to it too, which is very much my style.

I don't like it

It’s very popular where I live, but I like it a lot and would consider using it.

I love Arthur when pronounced in English. It's not nearly as elegant and charming in Swedish, and that's also why I recently removed it from my list for baby brother. I don't like any nicknames for it though, except perhaps something like AJ (initials).

I love Arthur. Artie is cute for a little boy.

I think it's adorable. Not too keen on any nicknames though.

I love Arthur, and it's been a long-time favorite of mine.I can see the nickname Artie for a kid, then Art when they're growing older.

I’ve always liked Arthur, but not Art or Artie. I’m not sure I’d use it for myself but it’s very nice.
