I don't really have a very strong opinion on it.
It's nice for other people's kids. It's odd to see how popular it must be according to the statistics because I hardly ever hear it.
It is very calm. It has a calm sound which matches its meaning. But on a very active, loud person it might feel kind of weird. So you'd have to have the right personality to pull it off which could be a bit of a problem.
It does vaguely reminds me of names like Destiny and Trinity but for some reason seems more serious, less trendy and more down to earth. Maybe it would fit better with Clarity and Amity.

Adult diapers and sci-fi starships.
For a brief second I thought I was learning about a weird kink for the first time.
I like it but it makes me think of the adult diapers.
Don't like it, Serena is better
A prefer Serena as well it has more strength and elegance as well as having potential for an entire lifetime. Whereas Serenity feels more like a young person's name no older than 19-20. I like Serenity I just prefer Serena more.

I prefer Serena, although I enjoy the image of a screaming toddler named Serenity. I don’t like -ity names at all, they’re a bit too wordy.
Pretty. I prefer Serena.
