I love Myrna Loy, but I'm not crazy about Myrna as a name. I prefer Myrna to Myrtle.

It's got that -er sound that really puts me off. I was at school with a Myrna Bernice: clearly her parents didn't mind -er sounds at all. I'd rather go for similar-looking names like Mary, Marina, Marianne even.

Another Myrna Loy fan here. Love it. Vintage heaven. :0)

I love Myrna! I think of Myrna Loy, of course. It's sleek and silvery.

I don't like it

I love Myrna. It's ugly-beautiful, like Muriel and Bernice. That initial My- element is really sweet. I also like its lighter cousin, Myra.
