It's funny that Phoebe has a sort of ditzy image because it always seems a bit gothy to me. I guess because of its similarity to "phobia". I like that it has those two sides, though. Very pastel goth, if you will :) It's spooky-cute.

It's not popular where I'm from. My doctor had a daughter named Phoebe probably ten years ago, and she's the only one I've ever heard of.
