It's fun and quirky. But I had a customer who was a middle aged lady named Phoebe, and she did not like me at all. It got ruined.
Phoebe reminds me of Friends of course.
I guess the name Phoebe is okay. I would never use it myself though. It kinda sounds a little like baby talk. But the name Phoebe in general gives me moonlit, mystical, and gorgeous night sky visuals. Kind of like Luna or Cynthia.
As Chloë said it kinda has a goth look to it.

It's funny that Phoebe has a sort of ditzy image because it always seems a bit gothy to me. I guess because of its similarity to "phobia". I like that it has those two sides, though. Very pastel goth, if you will :) It's spooky-cute.
It's not popular where I'm from. My doctor had a daughter named Phoebe probably ten years ago, and she's the only one I've ever heard of.

Feeble Phoebe, I'm afraid. Just not an encouraging sound. Lovely etymology, but so what?
I love it, it’s a fave of mine and my DHs actually. A timeless name imo and one that suits a female of any age.
Phoebe is a pretty name.
But is awfully popular.

It's beautiful, I've always liked it. Phoebe is a very unique and underrated name, in my opinion. It sounds very kickass to me.
