I don't like either at all, but I guess if I seriously had to choose, I'd go with Shannon because it sounds slightly better and it's of Celtic origin, which is a plus for me as a Celtophile.
Shannon Michelle, Shannon Isabella, Shannon Louisa, Shanno, Shannon Sophia, Shannon Giselle, Shannon Elizabeth.

Shannon. Sharon feels more dated. In truth, I don't personally like either as a name I'd use.Shannon Maeve
Shannon Theodora
Shannon Eloise
Shannon Ruth
Shannon Emery
Shannon EmeraudeI'm trying to go with the flow of the name, but I don't really like it so I'm finding it hard to make combos for it.

Sharon. It makes me think of the parent trap with Hayley Mills. I watched it about 100 times as a kid and loved it so. I do prefer Susan, her twins name, but Sharon doesn’t seem quite as bad now as it always did to me then.Still don’t like it, but it’s definitely better than Shannon, a name I’ve really almost viscerally disliked since childhood. I’d pair Sharon with something ultra traditional so it didn’t feel quite so stern old secretary from the 70s.To me, Sharon Elizabeth is the obvious choice. But I love Elizabeth in the middle despite its overuse.Sharon Eleanor
Sharon Julia
Sharon Alexandra
Sharon Emily

Sharon! It's one of those "mom" names I legitimately like.
I first took notice of it through Sharon Hawkins from Static Shock lol.Sharon Amelia

I like both of them.
There was a Shannon and a Sharon among my school peers. I liked them both too. Shannon's name seemed 'cool,' and Sharon's was a mom name, but she pulled it off.
Shannon is more my style, it gives me a more casual and warm feeling.
I have a neighbor Sharon right now, and that makes me prefer Shannon, as well.
If I had to use Sharon I'd call her Sherry all of the time.
Shannon Demetria
Shannon Maia
Shannon Violet
Shannon Zoe

If forced to choose, Shannon. I'm also reminded of Siobhán, which I like even more.
