It’s lovely and timeless, but it’s been far far too overused where I’m from for me to consider using it myself.

I prefer it as a MN than a first but it's still nice

Neutral. I don’t like but I don’t dislike it either. Somewhat annoyingly trendy tbh.

I think its one of the better old english, ever modern kind of names. I love Charlie and Lottie but if i were to use it id probably skip the Charlotte and go straight to Charlie/Lottie.

Boring at this point. It’s soft and makes me think of waffles.

Waffles! Haha funniest comment. Charlotte strikes me as a bit boring at this point. I dislike the Char part, too, I’m just now realizing.

I like Charlotte in theory, but recently I came across someone whose baby was named Charlotte and I found it very disappointing and boring. Like I experienced an actual "oh that's too bad" reaction (privately). So I guess in practice Charlotte does nothing for me. But I love it as a character name, go figure.

I like it

I like it, mostly for the nickname Charlie. I also like the nickname Lottie. I picture her brother being named Henry.

I liked that name when I was a kid, for some reason I associated it with France. I thought it was a perfect name for a ghost lady from some Loire valley castle. I was surprised that it's become very popular. Today I'm completely indifferent to it.
