I have a neice called Reagan,
and I know of only girls with the name.

I automatically think of Ronald Reagan. So it's all male to me even though it kind of does sound like a feminine name.

I see it as an Irish surname b/c of Ronald Reagan.
But Regan (ree-gan) I see as clearly feminine.
