Do I think it is ugly? Yes!

This name is kind of confusing to me because the "Dru" part seems masculine like Drew and the "silla" is ultra-feminine.

This is a name that I feel like a should like, but I don't. I don't hate it, but I can't bring myself to say that I might consider this name in real life.

I think it's a beautiful, pretty and intriguing name. I like the meaning and the association with Livia Drusilla (Octavian Augustus's wife), a sober and reserved woman.

I do like it. I'd call her Zillah.

Oh wow what a neat idea! I love Zillah.

It's not ugly.
I like it.It's like a globe thistle. Or an artichoke plant. You wouldn't plant it for its beauty, exactly. But it deserves appreciation.

I love Drusilla! It comes off as bookish and distinguished and witchy, certainly not ugly.

Ugly? Yes. Do I like it? I kind of do. I think it’s cool. I do really dislike the nickname Dru / Drew though.

This is a family name on my husband's side. It was my late mother-in-law's middle name and she was named for an aunt. And there are a couple others. I love it. But it's not everyone's cup of tea.

I think is good historical name. Why not?! It is not ugly name, don't exist ugly names.

Drusilla will always make me think of the TV shows Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, since it's the name of a recurring villain (who usually goes by Dru). So it's difficult for me not to picture the bearer as a vampire. :-PI wouldn't say it's ugly, though it is a little harsh with its initial syllable. I like it better than the similar Priscilla, though - less frilly.
