Marigaille doesn't appeal to me.
Couldn't you use two middle names? It would make things easier.
Some ideas:
Combine
Michelle and
Gail to get
Gaelle (a popular French name, the G is harsh, sounds like gah-ELL):
Marie-Gaelle
Mariegaelle
By combining
Marie and
Michelle you could get
Mariel,
Marielle or
Mariella. For
Gail you could use
Abigail
Abigail-Mariella
Abigail-Marielle
Abigail-Mariel
I would drop the hyphens and just make it two middle names.
I guess by combining all three you could get:
Magaelle
Marigelle
Mirigelle
Garielle (you could also add a B and just do
Gabriella or
Gabrielle)
You could also use:
Mamie (MAY-mee, the Ma from
Marie, the AY sound from
Gail and the Mi from
Michelle)
Magali (this is a French name, the Ma from
Marie, the Ga from
Gail and the L from
Michelle)
Gabrielle,
Gabriella (the Ga from
Gail, Rie from
Marie and
Elle from
Michelle)
I think the best would be Marie-Gaelle (which is a classic French combo),
Magali,
Gabrielle.
