HelpI Need Some BAD GUY names!
Hello!
I am writing a story and a group of deadly evil people appears.
I said it's a group but more an evil society, where there's a hierarchy and the head of that group is the most evil you can imagine.
I want 2-3 Names for a guy who is a good guy but born in this deadly barbaric society and people and for a man who is the leader of the society or community and does not have mercy, forgot to have kind emotions, and very brutal.
Made-up is very Welcomed! Previously I posted something similar but didn't get any response so doing it again.

I'm with the other replies that Latin, or Latinized Greek, is a viable direction for these names, especially with enduring conspiracy theories such as the Illuminati.
Rasselas (if you don't mind the association with the Samuel Johnson character - or if you actually want it - I'd choose this for your hero)
Claudius (this would be my first choice for your bad guy)
Methodius (another villainous choice - it has "method" and "odi[o]us")
