I had no idea the name was so common in the U.K. Here in the U.S., the main association is likely the Fleetwood Mac song - I've never met anyone in real life with the name. I genuinely think you're more likely to meet a Rhianna, or even a Rihanna, in this country (and mainly in the 20-and-under crowd).
