I wouldn't personally use it, but it's nice. It's a place name, so I find it unisex.
It's pretty. I probably wouldn't use it though, personally.

Mila, Milana and Milena already exist.
The Italian city Milano (Milan) is used as feminine in sentences but only because it is a city (cities, town and villages are often used as feminine) but the final -o is masculine. It is not a given name but if it were a name Milano would be masculine with Milana and Milena as feminine.

I much prefer Milana on a girl.
An improvement on Mediolanum. But it does nothing to convert me to a fondness for urban names on humans.
