I love it. A friend of mine has a daughter (age 2) named Cleopatra.

I've never encountered it as a full name; I can imagine it as a nn for Cleopatra, but I can't imagine naming anyone Cleopatra.I knew a Cleone (clee-OH-ni) at uni; she didn't have a nn that I remember.

I like Cleo, but I don’t think it needs a nickname. It’s already short and sweet.

I like Cleo. I don't think there are any nicknames around, maybe Cici, or Cece.

Honestly this name is pretty short so I don't really think a nickname is necessary. I have known a woman that owned a dog named Cleo that she called Lolo for short sometimes but it seems a little bit infantile for people.

I love Cleo, I think it's so spunky! I can't really think of any nicknames though.

I adore Cleo. I don't really think it needs a nickname. Maybe Leo? That's hardly any shorter. If anything I would probably do what the Spanish and Russians do and make it longer and more complicated to show my love - like turn it into Cleodora, Cleona, Cleova, Cleonora, or Cleolita or something.

I think Cleo is really cute! For a girl, I like it short for Cleopatra, and for a boy, I like it short for Cleon! However, I dislike this as a full name.
