Antonia is boring, Antoinette is definitely prettier and more interesting. I don't think it's trashy (I don't think any name is trashy lol) it's always seemed fancy and "upper class" to me. I love -ette names rn.

I should reassure you that I don't think "trashy" is a bad thing, I love trashy stuff. I love kitsch. So when I describe Antoinette as trashy I mean it with love.
To me Antoinette is fancy like Liberace was fancy. Like, yes, undeniably upper class but also juuuust a bit too much.
