Luna & Shiloh
Rumor has it this is what Kristen Wiig named her twins. WDYT? **Starfish and coffee, maple syrup and jam/Butterscotch clouds, a tangerine, and a side order of ham**

Judging from pictures, I think Shiloh is a boy. If so, I really like them together. If not, I don't think they match very well except in trendiness. There's already at least one female celebrity child named Shiloh. I love Luna, and Shiloh on a boy is handsome and feels fresh to me, even though it is more commonly used on girls. (It was popularized by a book about a female dog.)

Luna caught me off guard and swept me off my feet a few months ago, so despite its ever-increasing popularity I won't complain. :-)Shiloh is a good name, too; and I actually think it works for both genders. Don't air that opinion on the comments for the name, though, because they're brutal. :-(All in all, this is a surprisingly sane / rational birth announcement for a celebrity!

Ehh, there's something bandwagon-y about this twinset. Like she's trying real hard to show everyone she's a hip movie star by naming her kids what movie stars were naming their kids fifteen years ago. Even though Shiloh's popularity is lower than Luna's, and still rising, there's something washed up about it already. For me Shiloh is on par with Suri - a name that is very tied to the celebrity baby who was first given it and who brought it to the public's attention. Luna & Shiloh feels like a Celebrity BA from 2006. Yes I am extremely critical of what stars name their kids. I honestly get disappointed when they aren't Powerful Queen and X Æ A-12 or whatever. It's like seeing a royal in a sensible hat, I hate it.

I want to like Luna, I really do, because I love looking up at the moon at night, but I can’t get past the word lunatic! Shiloh I love! Prefer it for a girl, but it’s fine for a boy too.

I love both names. A little observation: whilst Luna has been the sixteenth most popular name in the USA in 2019 and is also used in other countries, Shiloh is quite unpopular.

I think the meanings vibe.
Together they sound kind of dorky-popular in a way that reminds me of Daphne, or they seem like Stella & Ruby but quieter. Or Nova & Scarlet.

Is Shiloh a girl or a boy?I can't seem to find the answer. I prefer Shiloh for a boy. But it mainly feels weird for one twin (Luna) to have a clearly feminine name while the other (Shiloh) is ambiguous.

According to babynameshub.com, Shiloh is more popular as a feminine name, as there is a total of 2,684 girls that have been named Shiloh since 1880, while there is no record of any boys that have been named Shiloh since 1880. Personally, I prefer Shiloh as a masculine name, due to only seeing the name as the name of a male character in a book series I read. I have also met a male dog named Shiloh. I also think Shiloh sounds like more of a masculine name. (No offense to any girls named Shiloh!)

I think I love Luna and Shiloh as twins! I find both nice, established names, a little trendy without being too ridiculously common. They also go together really well. Full points to Kristen Wigg if the rumour is true =)

I love Shiloh, hate Luna. It's an ok sibset. No one said they have to match. I like the name Kristen, even though I don't know who Kristen Wiig is tbh.
