How is Diletta perceived in Italy? Is it considered trendy or perhaps tacky? I quite like it...Edoardo Ercole is quite handsome.

Hi !!!Diletta is increasing in popularity but it is not considered trendy. I've personally known just one Diletta in my life.I think that it is an unusual but very poetic name. Its meaning is clear for everyone ("diletta" is quite a literarian term but it is still used). It has a kind of upper-class vibe even if it is used by anyone.A funny thing: in the Italian translation (and later dubbing) of "Gone With the Wind", Diletta was the "Italianization" of Bonnie (daughter of Scarlett). The names are not related obviously but I think that the aim was to choose a tender name as Bonnie means.

Claudia Gerini (1971)
@ Rosa (2004)
@ Linda (2010)I like all three names, and I like them together for a family. It's unusual to see a younger person named Linda in the US. But it's quite pretty actually.
