I don't like the sound of it. Reminds me of Barney.
It has a stuffy, stern, homely vibe for me - a lot like Marge.

Not a huge fan. It's okay but kind of nickname-ish and it makes me think of a slightly crazy person, it reminds me a bit of "maniac" and the movie.

I like it for its Hitchcockian charms. I also know a really nice Marni. I'm surprised that people seem to like this name - it's so much like Margie or Marcie, which don't get nearly as much admiration.
