I actually really like this name (it's also one of my favorite flowers) - but the last time I put this out on the polls I got an overwhelmingly negative response to it, which kind of scared me off of using it.
There is the Michael Hutchence / Bob Geldof association, but I don't think it's that strong (at least, not in the U.S.; might be a different story for the Australia, New Zealand, U.K., or Ireland).

In the US, it gets an overwhelmingly negative response because it's associated with racism (Peter Pan).
I like tiger lilies, too. I think it'd be a cool name otherwise.
