I think it's sinful to use a specific place name because it evokes general wanderlust. Better to use something like Journey.
I like it as a Slavic name pretty well. It's been on my mind a little. I like the idea of pronouncing it like "MY-lun" in English and "MEE-lan" elsewhere.
I get the appeal. It's sort of an elegant word with the city pronunciation. I just don't think it's right.

I once had a dream about a world where it was religious law that everyone was given a random place name when they were born, and they had to find a way to get to that place at some point in their life in order to fulfill their soul's purpose. Speaking of sinful wanderlust.
