It’s pretty, though it’s a bit too frilly for my taste. I do prefer Annabel - it’s unpretending but still elegant.
I would use Annie or Belle as a nickname. As for a middle name, I would go with something like:
Annabelle Irene
Annabelle Mavis
Annabelle Thérèse
Annabelle Juno
