Franz & Franzi
I had a best friend in primary school who's name was Franziska. Nice name, pretty common here.
But her little brother's name was Franz. Not that common (dated, actually) and way too close to his sister's name!
I think it's not only too uncreative but also kind of mean to give siblings names that are that similar.

I don't like either names, I think they sound like Dog names.
Putting those two in a sibset is just worse.

I love Franz; I think it's really kind of sweet, and very snappy-sounding. Franziska is fine, too, especially with Franzi or Frannie as nicknames.
However--together, they'd be confusing for me.
