I far prefer Adrian for a boy.

I don't like Adrienne for a girl or Adrian for a boy, I dislike the sound. I once knew a family with 3 girls all with unisex "n" ending names: Adrienne, Morgan and Jordan, then they had a boy and named him Troy which broke the pattern entirely I thought =P

I really like it. Its my best friends name (she's 37) so I obviously have a great association with it :)
Oddly I really dislike Adrianna.

Adrienne is actually a pretty cool name. 7.5/10. I also like the name Adriana.
