Faustina works better. Faustyna looks Polish which is fine but unnecessarily uncomplicated outside of Poland.

Faustina is better, the y looks odd to me. I dislike the letter F generally but there's something so interesting about this name. I associate it ofc with the play primarily.

I don’t see the point of using Faustyna if you aren’t Polish, and apparently both have connotations of very devout Catholicism?
