I dislike both names, but Faustyna looks like a typo.

I'd expect Faustyna to have an ie sound rather than an ee sound, so I'd go for Faustina.

Faustyna, or better Faustýna. It's the default Czech spelling so it looks more natural to me. I just checked that there are 5 Faustýna's and only one Faustina in my country. I'd be thrilled to meet one. I quite like it, it reminds me of Faust rather than the Saint.

I love this Polish name.

Faustina works better. Faustyna looks Polish which is fine but unnecessarily uncomplicated outside of Poland.

I don’t like the name much. I saw an opera a number of years ago called The Faust and this name reminds me of that even though the meaning is different.

Faustina is better, the y looks odd to me. I dislike the letter F generally but there's something so interesting about this name. I associate it ofc with the play primarily.

Both are aggressively Catholic.

Faustina looks a lot more appealing. The y feels random unless you are from a country where that is the standard spelling.
The meaning "auspicious, lucky" is nice, but the name is too similar to Faust.

I don’t see the point of using Faustyna if you aren’t Polish, and apparently both have connotations of very devout Catholicism?
