Bronwen or Lara?
For real life little girl? These are current top two contenders upon which we can agree. Honoring mn is decided already and both names flow fine with the mn. I think I'm leaning Bronwen. I'm also still searching for others.

Bronwen, but both are nice options
Lara
Bronwen
I prefer Lara. It feels timeless and classic and could suit anyone.
That said, Bronwen is fabulous. It's got a sturdier steadier feel to me. I think the Br- sound does that.
You can't go wrong with either.

Bronwen, 100%
It's a gorgeous name. Lara is so insubstantial to me.

Bronwen. But, if Lara had been Laura, then Laura hands down.
I pronounce Lara as LAH-rah, but always hear Laura as LORE-uh, which I don't like.
So do I, for both of them, but with the opposite effect!
I like the more unusual names.
Lara like the Girl from harry POtter. Bronwen sucks
Choose one posting name and stick to it please.
Huh?

Lara hands down, it’s much prettier than Bronwen.
Bronwen
Bronwen. It has more character than Lara I think. I never met a Bronwen personally, but after meeting a real life Lara, the name gave me blandish vibes.
I don't see Bronwen and Lara as similar names so it's harder to give suggestions, but I'll give it a go:
Loren
Lana
Arwen
Elowen
Britta
Breda
Sora
Eva
Branwen
Luned
Mila
Yara
Bronte
Lila

I wouldn't worry at all about not being Welsh, if that's holding you back. our daughter's name is either Danish/Icelandic or Irish (depending on which etymology you prefer) and we're Dutch with my husband being a quarter German. It's absolutely no issue at all. If you'd plan to use a very ethnic sounding Japanese name or something, then yes, I might advise to think twice, but Bronwen is straightforward enough to be used by non-Welsh people.
My husband has some Welsh, I think. There is a Welsh surname in his family tree. I think Bronwen is fine in the US, which is where we live. But it feels so opposite Italian, but my older daughter's name does not translate well either so I do not know why I am making this an issue!
Lara is boring and Bronwen unattractive to me, too harsh and "Bron" doesn't make for a nice nickname. I guess I'd vote for Bronwen as Lara just seems so tired.
I like Bronwen better, but Lara sounds younger to me so when you say "little girl" I lean towards Lara. Obviously every baby grows up at some point but I do think Lara is more youthful.
They're both good names.
I once knew a Bronwyn (that spelling), and despite it being such a unique name in our neck of the woods it wasn't odd to say in real life. Lara might me a bit "easier" for a day-to-day basis, though I don't know how many Tomb Raider comments she might get.
I'd say Bronwen Lara would be a good combo, but you have the middle decided already.

If you would change it in Branwen
with an a in it, this would be my pick.
