Chloe
I always had a soft spot for Chloe. I just love the spring image I get from it. It feels so fresh and green. However, it has been completely overused. And weirdly enough it is already falling (it had an unusually short run, in my opinion).Do you like Chloe?Maybe as a middle name?May Chloe
Isla Chloe
Eilidh Chloe
Annabel Chloe?

It has a sticky sweetness to it, like a sweet a child spit out. It could work as a MN for a heavy, old-fashioned name like Winifred, which someone else mentioned.

I’ve always really liked this name. Tbh I’d still prefer to hear / see a Chloe than a lot of the horrible, trendy, invented names these days! Annabel Chloe flows nicely. I always loved the sound of Jasmine Chloe.

I think it's ugly and clunky no offense Chloe also hello. It makes me think of, like, a dull baby. I like the meaning.I agree ht works better as a middle name - and I don't like it in those combos, especially not Annabel. I think it works better for stodgy names like Thomasina Chloe and maybe even Octavia Chloe. There it's like a sweet texture like in the middle of some confectionary treat.

As a Chloe, I feel like Chloe needs a rest. I'm glad the Chloe craze is dying down. It is sweet as a middle name, especially with something more staid and dusty. Something like:Martha Chloe
Matilda Chloe
Iphigenia Chloe
Ernestine Chloe
Agatha Chloe

I like it, never understood why it was so unpopular on this board. I prefer the French pronunciation, though.

It's okay, although I always saw it as more of a kid's name that doesn't really work on adults. Had my little brother been born a girl, his name would've been Chloe.

I wonder why it had such a short run in the US. It was in the top 10 for a long time in the UK and was even #1 for years. Maybe people see it as a Kardashian name, even though it’s spelled differently. I don’t really like it - I know too many Chloes who aren’t very nice people.

I’ve always found Chloe (and Zoe) a bit overly precious and cutesy. I know there are a lot of grown women out there living great lives with it, but it always feels perpetual-toddler to me.

Meh. I got tired of this one really quickly. I guess everyone else did, too. It did have a short, intense run. Same with Zoe. They could both still work as a middle name, though. They would be refreshing in that spot.

Time to retireIt's so tired. Time for a long slumber, Chloe! Let Clio and Chloris have some time in the spotlight. It's refreshing as a middle name, but I don't like any of those combos. I'd opt for something like Winifred Chloe, Agatha Chloe, or Hestia Chloe.
