I’m not really a fan of Raymond. My grandmother mentioned she liked it a few weeks ago so I reminded her and then she said she didn’t like it and didn’t remember saying that. I don’t hate it though. I imagine a nice old man (of any race tbh) in his late seventies or so. I knew a man called Ray (who died when he was in his late eighties) which as a male name I find quite boring but I like Rae for a girl. So for a boy I prefer Raymond to Ray.
