Ada’s nice, a little unsubstantial as a first name but very cute as a nickname.
I don’t think it would be confused with Ava if it was pronounced “A-da”. If it was pronounced “AY-da”, then it would definitely need constant correcting.
Adelaide Mary Jann flows nicer than Adelaide Jann Mary. Though, Adelaide looks a bit strange next to much simpler Jann and Mary.
Adelaide Claire Annette is beautiful.

It would be pronounced AY-da because I am native to one English speaking country and live in another English speaking country. I'm not European, nor do I speak any Germanic or Scandinavian languages so it would be odd for me to insist on the A-da pronunciation, even though I like it very much!
