Definitely Bianca. Blanche sounds like an old lady or just the word blanch, and it's too ugly to even sound like a name in my accent.
Blanca is better than Blanche, but it's still very wordy. Bianca seems more namey to me and doesn't have that "Bl" which makes me think of "blah" or "bleh".
(I know Bianca is just as wordy, but for some reason when I see "Bianca" I think "that's a name" vs. with Blanca it's just "ok, that says white")
