I really like Maya. Maia is also lovely but I think Maya looks nicer and...sturdier, I guess. Mya looks dumbed-down and tryndee; I’m not a fan.
As for pronunciation, I say MY-ah for all the spellings you listed in this post.
I’m not a huge fan of Gaia, but that’s definitely my favorite spelling.
