I like Tessa quite a bit & would be tempted just to use Tessa. My mother was very strongly considering naming me Contessa nn Tess, but I find that a bit much & I'm not a fan of Theresa. Tessa & Lilah would be lovely as siblings as both names have a similar feel and neither are outrageously popular.
