A guy who rode my school bus in fifth grade was called Twinkie because he was overweight and fifth graders are mean. He is still called Twinkie.

One of the teachers at a school I subbed at last year (I subbed there pretty often, like 2-4 times per month) had the name Jeffery, but went by "Jeffer". Not to the students, of course, just to the teachers.
