Jacinda
WDYT think of Jacinda?
If you had to use it as a FN or MN, what would you pair it with?

I like Jacinda. I also like Cindy as a nickname. For a middle name, I would use something with one or two syllables, avoiding ND/DN (so no Edna, for example) or names beginning with J or ending in A. I would also avoid anything too flowery/modern-- I would lean towards classics. Knowing the last name would inform my choice of middle name. Some of my picks are:
Jacinda Leigh
Jacinda Marie
Jacinda Cecille
Jacinda Elle
Jacinda Louise
Jacinda Brooke
Jacinda Nicole
Jacinda Leigh
Jacinda Marie
Jacinda Cecille
Jacinda Elle
Jacinda Louise
Jacinda Brooke
Jacinda Nicole
I don't much care for that spelling. I enjoy the more classic Jacinta [ZHA-SEEN-TA is the Portuguese pronounciation, kha-SEEN-ta in Spanish] on a girl, even Jacinthe [French].
For a boy, there is Jacinto {[ kha-SEEN-to, Spanish] & [ZHA-SEEN-To, Portuguese]} & even the unconventional French Hyacinthe [YA-SEHNT]
Depending on your tastes and I suppose where you are really. Just educate people on how you want the name to be pronounced.

Ninlil! I’ve never heard that before, it’s great.
I'm glad someone else likes it. I feel like it's interesting and approachable, but I did a poll on it last year, and about 3 quarters of voters hated or disliked it.

Well that’s a shame! At least it probably won’t become overexposed :)
