I hate it. I think it is so so ugly.

Abigail was one of our top name for our 8 year old. It's still on our list if we have another girl. I love it.

Abigail is a pleasant enough name, very practical and no nonsense and despite not being a favorite of mine, I still very much tolerate and respect it.

I've never understood what people see in it. If, at gunpoint, I had to use it, I'd shorten it to Gail rather than Abby. But, really, it sounds unattractive and its recent popularity makes it boring as well.

I like it, but don’t like Abby or Abbie so much.
