Assuming it's prn. CHAR-bull, no me gusta - sounds like toddler speak for Charles.
EDIT: I just looked it up, and I'm SO relieved that isn't the case! lol In the case of it being Arabic and prn. with SH instead of CH, it's a very sweet name!

I've actually got a friend named Charbel and he wanted to know where his name came from (no kidding!).
