I don't like it if pronounced NOL, but I do like NO-əl, hence, I prefer the spelling Noël.

I like it,it's very cute. I don't think I've met anyone with this name.

I like it a lot, for both males and females - same spelling. I wouldn't use it; there are plenty of names both m and f that I like better, but I'd like to meet some.

I'm not a big fan of "knoll", but it's nice enough as two syllables. Christmasy.
