That is a lot of names! My opinions of these are from an American standpoint.Favorite boys: Milo, Sullivan, Noah, Arlo (never heard or seen before but I liked it), Jason.Favorite girls: Luna, Isla, Mila, Emily.I find some names sounding like they are for the other gender or at least unisex to my American ears. Riley and Avery are unisex here but are heavily leaning towards female- especially Avery. but I LOVE them both regardless of gender use. Then Toby I personally only know male Toby.
However the USA is very open minded and you can name you kids whatever you like here :)

Sullivan as a first name could grow on me.
Halen is strange.
Warren is surprising.
Love seeing Avery on a boy!
Ludo only reminds me of the board game, would be a great name otherwise.
Raif is an ugly misspelling of Rafe (I'm only assuming that's what they were aiming for)It is interesting to see Reiva and Reeva in the same list. A character/celebrity name?
Teddie Rose is cringey.
Siofra is gorgeous!
Dulcie is surprising.Wow, never thought I'd see Winslet used! Briar Winslet is a lovely combo. I love Wilder, loathe Florian but the sibset is gorgeous.
Hallie and Nellie induced an eye roll. Why?
