There are some really cool Spanish names out there, that I've stuck on my GP list because I wouldn't realistically use them (unless I married a Latin man). Of your list I like:
Piedad (it looks like "Pie Dad" in English, but I like how it's said in Spanish)
Elena
Adelina
Alejandra
Sofia
Adela
Isabel
Laura
Of these, I only consider Piedad and Alejandra to be solely Spanish - the other names are also used in other languages.
I also like:
Anaïs (Catalan, but used in Spain)
Lourdes (pronounced LOR-des)
Maialen (Basque, but used in Spain)
Raquel
Remei (Catalan)
Theresa / Teresa
Briseida
Magdala
Amparo
Araceli
Belén
Emperatriz (Latin American pronunciation)
Esperanza (Latin American pronunciation)
Flor
Paz (pronounced PADH / PATH)
Pilar
Queralt
There are also some indigenous names, from Latin America and the southwestern U.S.:
Nayeli
Nizhoni
Quetzalli / Quetzaly
Zyanya
