Re: Names of winds from Greek mythology
My piano teacher told us students about Chopin's "Aolian Harp." I dimly remember it had something to do with wind in Greek myth. Some god sent wind through it and it made magical music. I'm not sure of the spelling, but I distinctly remember her pronouncing it, "ay-O-lee-an." It's similar to your Aella, but I thought I'd offer it anyway. The only other name that pops to mind is Zephrine, a French female variant of Zephyr. (There is a rose variety called "Zephrine Drouhin.") the god's name is spelled Aiolus (according to a search) but in music, it is spelled Aeolian.:)
