The ones that really stood out to me were Marcella Josephine, Marcella Ottoline, Marcella Judith, and Marcella Winifred.
It's growing on me. I think I prefer Marceline (and there's the problem of Italian vs. English pronunciation, sort of like with Lucia) but it's really lovely.
