I think Theophilus is definitely unique! Seems really outdated though, like something you'd see in the Roman times.

I really like it! It’s sophisticated, yet simple.
I don't like the "philus" part, but I love the idea of Theo as a nickname to an unexpected name, i.e. not Theodore. Like Theodosius "Theo".

Theophilus is not my cup of tea. It could be great for a priest or a friar in the Middle Age. It's not negative but...not modern in my opinion. Other -us names fit better these years.
Theo is better. It was among my favourites. It is friendly but enough serious.
