I guess it has some quaint charm to it, but at first glance, it feels pretty boring. Bertie is adorable and would be a cute nickname, but I think there are better options to get there. Norbert feels a little too old man for me, and I normally like the old man names. I don't think Norbert is quite ready for a revival yet.
