Hedy.
Hendrix seems like you might as well just use the full name.
Maybe Riki or Ricka?

Hedy for the win! :)
Ricky I guess? Why not see what develops organically?
Not Hendrix. That's just lame.
Henny, Ricki, Ricka, Hendy.

The first nickname that comes to my mind when I hear Hendrika is Rita. Although it doesn't follow the traditional spelling or pronunciation, it's quite close to the name itself. Also, thinking into the future, if she'd like to use a nickname when she's older, I believe this would be a nice easy name to take on. It won't be too hard for her in school or in any other social environment.
I can't really think of any other nicknames other than that and those that the two of you are thinking about, sorry!

Congrats.
I'd probably call her Dree or Rika, if that were my daughter's name.
Hendrix makes me think of Jimi Hendrix way too much, and Henny of Henny Penny (of Chicken Little fame).
But sometimes nicknames come naturally and just work for people despite such things. The crucial thing for me is, did it come naturally, like you just felt like calling her that one day? or was it forced because someone believed it was cool-sounding.
Rixie?

I love Rika.
