Adriana
What do you think of the name Adriana?
Which nicknames can you think of?
Could the nicknames Rana and Raina work?
Adriana would honour my grandmother. Do you think it’s bad form not to name my daughter after my other (or his) grandmother(s) as well?

I went to school with a ton of Adrianas. It wasn't as common a name as, say, Ashley or Brittany or Emily, but I lived in a district with a high Hispanic population so a lot of girls were named Adriana, Mayra, and Araceli (the most common Spanish names among them). None of the girls named Adriana had a nickname - they were all called Adriana, and it wasn't difficult to say all at once despite being 4 syllables. It's a good, strong name to have.
I can't really comment on the maternal vs paternal grandmother thing, though. Sorry.

Love the name Adriana, a favourite
Nicknames: Adie (Ay-dee), Dri (Dree), Ana, Riana
I could see Rana work but not Raina - completely different and unrelated sound to me
Don't think it's bad form, use whatever suits your family

I like it when it's actually pronounced Adri-ana (not Adri-anna).
I wouldn't use it for your kid if you don't like Adri, because everyone would probably call her that. Maybe Rana would work as a nn, but Raina is more of a stretch. Adria, Adrian, Dria, Ana, and Riana would also work, but none of them would be as obvious as Adri.

I like Adriana a lot. I don't know that I would try to settle on a nn ahead of time; there's not very many that seem to come naturally, unless you want to use Addie or Ana. Your suggestions could work but seem a bit of a stretch.
I think it's a bad thing to worry so much about honoring so many family members that you hesitate to name after just one. I mean, what are you supposed to do, give her a long string of grandmothers and aunts' names and hope you didn't leave anybody out? Keep having daughters till you've covered everybody?

Adriana is a fine enough name. I think Rana and Raina would work, but they wouldn't be intuitive, you'd have to work at them. I would probably nickname an Adriana 'Anna'. As for honouring - it depends on how close you were to all the relatives concerned.
Adriana is nice and I love the connection to your grandmother, what is the other grandmother's name. Can you use it as a middle name or a shorter form. Im not sure of the NN you mentioned. What about the NN addy or adri
