I’m so sick of hearing this name. Granted, it’s normally spelled like MaKayla or something, but just by the sound I’m sick of it.

Due to the popularity of it, I hate it. Michaela is the only spelling I like. All others make me cringe.

I like the sound of it a lot, but not the spelling. This is a rare case where I much prefer the alternate spellings to the original. Makayla is my own daughter's middle name. I also like Mikayla.

I hate the Kayla sound and spellings of this name.
I really quite love Mikaela with German Mika-ee-lah pronounciation but the McKayla’s and co. ruined it a bit for me

I far prefer Michele or Michelle as the fem form of Michael. The fact that Kayla etc went viral doesn't help. And I find alternate spellings very inconvenient.

I like Michaela and only this spelling.

Honestly? I hate it, I hate the sound. I probably hate it even more spelled Makayla / Mikaylah etc cos then it looks the way it sounds. However, I don't have a problem with Michael or Michelle.

It's not really my cup of tea. I think Michaela is the prettiest spelling.

I'm confused.. how is Michaela pronounced? mie- KEE-la? mi-kæl-a?
Or maybe as in Ancient Latin?

Michaela spelled like this is my favorite. When I first heard this name, it was before it became so popular, well before any spelling variations were trending.
Micaela, Mikaela, and Mikayla are ok. I know when you remove the H, it can confuse which pronunciation is correct for that particular person.
