Delia, hands down. One of my dds had a friend in high school named Marcia, however, it was pronounced mar-CEE-uh which I thought was lovely. She was born in India and that must be how the name is pronounced there. I definitely prefer that pronunciation to MAR-sha.
It's not that I just prefer the sound of Delia. I love how it looks and how unexpected it would be. I could see myself using this name for a dd and would love to meet a young Delia.
