Lily or LIlly?
I have a final pen name name: Lily Katherine Hussell. My question is which spelling of Lily would be best with the surname Hussell? I appreciate the prominent L's in both names, but Lilly may be too much!
Top names:
Girl: Emma, Katherine, and Megan
Boys: Liam and James

Any time a name is also a word, I feel it should be spelled like that word.
May I ask about the origin of the surname Hussell? If you're writing erotica, it feels a little on the nose. If you're not writing erotica, it seems a bit odd.

I always prefer Lily.
I think Lily seems more anglicised, which is what I assume you’re going for, judging by the quiet traditional names you’ chosen. It also makes it easier for when bookshops have to do displays and they only have so many “L”s in their light box sign!
Lily. Looks better
I prefer Lily because it's a more direct link to the lovely flower.
