It looks like a misspelling of the Italian Ilaria. Ilaria is fine but I don't care for it too much. It's too frilly and too close to 'hilarious' even though it is a good meaning I find it a bit too obvious.

It's more interesting to me than a lot of El names. Would seem a good way to honor a Laurie.

I think a lot of people would associate it with Game of Thrones, and anyone using it would have to like it enough to put up with that...or they might like it more for that reason, in which case, it works fine. It's probably normal seeming enough that it wouldn't necessarily be connected to that, but that'd put me off using it.
